Double cartridge seal with customized size 38mm shaft and mutiple spring design
Background Knowledge:
Clamping method of PTFE pipe material in processing steps of PTFE O rings is as follows:
①Lay the end surface flat, inner and outer circles are processed, each leaving a margin of 0.05~0.10mm, and the surface is coated with red lead powder.
②Use a sample tool to separate the inner and outer surfaces (a in above figure) until the red lead powder disappears.
③Use the turning tool of O ring to remove flash at the seam, and then polish it with fine sand.
④Cut off with a single-sided blade.
⑤To polish the surface, use a PTFE shallow groove and an O-ring for interference fit. Insert the above O-rings, remove flash at the seams, and polish them with fine sand. The whole processing is over.
