What is the main accuracy of the key parts of the mechanical seal
1. The flatness of the sealing end faces of the mechanical seal is not more than 0.0009mm. The end surface roughness Ra of the harder ring seal should not be greater than 0.2um, and the softer ring should not be greater than 0.4um.
2. The parallelism between the positioning end face of the sealing ring in contact with the auxiliary sealing ring and the sealing end faces of the mechanical seal shall be in accordance with the 7-level tolerance of GB1184"Shape and Position, Unmarked Tolerance Regulations".
3. The surface roughness Ra of the contact part between the sealing ring and the auxiliary sealing ring is not more than 3.2um.
4. The verticality of the cylindrical surface which occurs from contact between the sealing end face of the sealing ring and the auxiliary sealing ring should be in accordance with the grade 7 tolerance of GB1184.
