AS-C256 Customized Double Cartridge Mechanical Seal

This seal is customized double cattridge mechanical seal suitable in various applications

Background Knowledge:

Installation and removal of dry-grinding seals:

1. Fix the cooler and the mechanical seal body on the stirring hole.

2. Put on the wedge ring, spacer ring, O-ring under the cooling water jacket, oil seal and adjusting nut in order.

3. Install the reducer and its support on the tank cover, and tighten the nuts of the fixing bolts.

4. Pass the stirring shaft through the intermediate bearing from the lower end, screw on the round nut and the stop washer, turn the claw into the adjacent groove of the round nut, and install the jacket coupling or elastic block coupling.

5. Load the split clip, screw on the adjusting nut and press down the split clip, the spacer ring makes the wedge ring flat, press it into the rotary face so that there is a visible gap in the positioning card under the rotary face, clamp the open clip, and remove the positioning card, fix the cooling water jacket, and put away the positioning card for disassembly.

6. Fix the balance tank on the base, and connect the pipeline between the inlet and outlet of the sealing liquid and the mechanical seal.

7. Connect the pipeline of nitrogen cylinder, pressure reducer and balance tank.

8. Pressurize the sealing liquid to use the pressure to check whether there is leakage at the connection.

9. The disassembly sequence is opposite to the installation sequence. Pay attention to depressurizing and releasing the oil in the sealing chamber first, and fixing the positioning card before disassembly.
