1. Feature

• The double end structure is easy to install, and the balanced seal with the same structure is used on the medium side and the atmosphere side
•  The multi spring structure ensures uniform force distribution on the sealing end face, good axial compensation performance, and no contact between the spring and the medium, making it suitable for various corrosive media

a. Isolation fluid (critical auxiliary system)
Double end seals must be equipped with an independent isolation fluid circulation system, and the choice of isolation fluid directly affects the lifespan and reliability of the seal.
The function of isolation fluid is to lubricate friction pairs, remove heat, maintain pressure balance, and prevent medium leakage.
Selection criteria: The ideal isolation fluid should meet the following conditions:
Compatibility: Does not react with the pumped medium and does not contaminate the process system.
Stability: Long term non oxidation, non deterioration, and non coking at operating temperature.
Lubrication and heat transfer: It has good lubricity and heat transfer ability.
Safety: High flash point, non flammable, harmless to human body.
Suitable viscosity: The optimal viscosity for motion at 40 ℃ is between 10 and 32 mm ²/s
