Additional precautions for special scenarios
High/Low Temperature Scenarios
a. High temperature (>200 ℃): High temperature resistant sealing rings such as silicon carbide and hard alloy should be used, and metal bellow cartridge seal should be made of 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy alloy to avoid thermal deformation and aging of the sealing components

b. Low temperature (<-50 ℃): The sealing components need to undergo low-temperature brittleness testing, and the metal bellow cartridge seal should avoid cold brittleness fracture. During installation, precautions should be taken to prevent sealing failure caused by low-temperature shrinkage of the sealing components

c. Containing particles/high viscosity medium
Select integral corrugated pipes (without O-ring structure) to avoid particle blockage; The sealing end face needs to be equipped with a flushing channel, and the sealing chamber should be regularly flushed to prevent medium crystallization and coking

d. High speed rotation scene (>5000rpm)
The sealing end face needs to adopt a dynamic pressure balance design, and the wall thickness of the metal bellow cartridge seal needs to be calculated for fatigue strength to avoid sealing failure caused by high-frequency vibration
