The waveform spring is one of the three core components of the containerized mechanical seal (parallel to the sealing surface and auxiliary seal), and its main functions are:
a. Maintain sealing surface contact: Continuously provide axial preload during static and dynamic operation to ensure a tight fit of the sealing surface
b. Compensate for axial displacement: Compensate for the motion deviation of the shaft and the wear of the sealing surface to maintain the sealing performance
c. Absorb vibration impact: reduce the impact of vibration on sealing during equipment operation
