Its dual barrier structure and isolation liquid system significantly improve the intrinsic safety level and are widely used in key equipment such as reaction vessels, centrifugal pumps, chlorinated hydrocarbon pumps, delayed coking high-temperature oil pumps, etc.

The isolation fluid system is the lifeline: it is necessary to ensure that the sealing fluid pressure is slightly higher than the medium pressure (with pressure double sealing) or maintain a slight positive pressure (without pressure double sealing), and regularly check the liquid level, pressure, and filter blockage.

Dynamic monitoring is essential: by listening to abnormal noise (spring breakage, dynamic ring jamming) and pressure/liquid level switch alarms through a vibration analyzer, it is determined that the primary seal is leaking.
Material matching determines lifespan: tungsten carbide static ring for transporting seawater+resin impregnated graphite static ring; Tungsten carbide grinding pair must be selected for media containing particles.
