Installation process:
1.Clean the installation area, remove the original seals, and clean the surface of the installation area and related components.
2.Ensure that the surfaces of components such as the base, static sealing ring, dynamic sealing ring, and packing box are clean, flat, undamaged, and rust free.
3.Select the corresponding mechanical seal based on the model and medium of the pump. If unsure about the selection, it is necessary to consult professional technicians.
4.Assemble the mechanical seal in order according to the requirements in the assembly drawing.
5.Apply a clean layer of lubricating oil on the dynamic and static mirror surfaces; Apply lubricating oil to the guide bearing seat, then gently position the static ring and install it into the guide bearing seat; Apply lubricating oil to the pump shaft and gently install the dynamic ring part of the mechanical seal onto the pump shaft.
6.Keep clean and do not allow tools to strike the sealing components to prevent damage and destruction.
7.During installation, the surfaces of the dynamic and static rings should be coated with a layer of clean engine oil and turbine oil. Before installing the auxiliary sealing ring, it is also necessary to apply a layer of clean engine oil or turbine oil to ensure smooth installation
