Plan 1:internal circulation from outlet of pump to mechanical seal. It is only recommended for clean liquids, and sufficient circulation must be ensured to maintain the condition of the sealing surface. Not recommended for vertical pumps.
Plan 2: hermetically sealed chamber without flushing fluid circulation. Not recommended for vertical pumps.
Plan 11:from pump outlet, through orifice plate to mechanical seal, and then enters pump cavity after flushing the mechanical seal end face. Not recommended for vertical pumps.
Plan 12:from pump outlet, passes through filter and orifice plate to mechanical seal, after flushing seal end face, enter pump cavity. Not recommended for vertical pumps.
Plan 13:from sealed chamber, through orifice plate to pump inlet.
Plan 21:from pump outlet, through orifice plate and cooler to mechanical seal, and then enter pump cavity after flushing the seal end face.
Plan 22:from pump outlet, through filter, orifice plate and cooler to mechanical seal, and then enter pump cavity after flushing seal end surface.
Plan 23:circulating fluid is drawn from sealed chamber through a pumping ring and returned to sealed chamber through a cooler.
Plan 31:from pump outlet, through hydrocyclone separator, clean liquid flowing out from the upper part before entering sealed cavity; liquid containing particles flowing out from the lower part before returning to pump inlet.
Plan 32:external flushing fluid is injected into sealed cavity. It must be noted that the selected flushing fluid will not cause vaporization after injection, nor will it pollute the pumped medium.
Plan 33:from pump outlet, through hydrocyclone separator, clean liquid flowing out from the upper part before entering sealed cavity through the cooler; liquid containing particles flowing out from the lower part before returning to pump inlet.
