Q：Where is your hometown and where did you go to school ? Why did you come so far to Zhangjiagang to settle?
A: My hometown is in Jiangxi province. I went to college in Nanchang city while majored in business English.In 2015,I came to Zhangjiagang for private reasons. Then I joined Asinoseal, and worked there until now.That’s why I settled in this city.
Q：How long have you been a salesperson in Asinoseal? What touches you most during this period?
A：I joined Asinoseal in April 26, 2016. It is nearly 6 and a half years now. What touches me most is the atmosphere of Asinoseal，it has always been relaxed and pleasant to work here.
Q：As far as I know, the company is in the stage of rapid expansion in 2005, Who else joined Asinoseal in that year ? What do you think the relations between Asinoseal's rapid development and their personal career development are?
A: In 2016, Sandy and Wendy also joined our company. Sandy left in 2017 since she wanted to return family as a housewife. Wendy, joining Asinoseal 3 months later than me, have been working till now. Her sales volume has grown steadily in the following years. So there is a positive correlation between a person and his employer’s career developments.
Q：Yes, a good company development model is that its staff members and the company can make each other better, just like a good marriage.Good relationships can often be further developed into a culture. What do you think of the company's corporate culture? Or in your perceptions，is the company's management philosophy：people -oriented，innovation and sharing，realizing the common development of the company and employees, carried out or not & to which degree?
A: Most of the company's management philosophy has been realized，I suppose. You see, most old employees in our company have chosen to stay and embrace a contributing mind to work in our company.
