Specifically, the surface roughness of the shaft sleeve should be less than or equal to Ra3.2, and the material should be alloy steel 1Cr13 or 2Cr13. It is best to choose 1Cr18Ni9 Ti with excellent wear resistance and plasticity. For high temperature and high pressure boiler circulating pumps and feedwater pump shafts,the sleeve should be made of high temperature resistant alloy steel material, such as 24crMov.
At the same time, in order to ensure the sealing effect of the mechanical seal, the shape and position tolerances and dimensional tolerances of the shaft sleeve must be strictly controlled.
