Q: When did you join Asinoseal？How was the company at the time? Since It was not yet well-established at that time，why did you choose to join it?
A: I joined the company in 2014, when the company was in a stage of rapid development. I thought a company that was on the rise, like what we call sunrise industries, must have a bright future. I had no experience when I came for the interview，It was the chairman who gave me a chance to join it.That was a two-way choice，I think.
Q: Have you been working in the warehouse from the beginning on? You see，now you are the head of the warehouse, what is the biggest inspiration that your growth process has brought you? Or, what do you think are the biggest gains and insights from your struggles in the past few years? Or, can you use a few keywords to describe the secret of your growth and success?
A: My post is in the warehouse but at the beginning I was an intern in the workshop for a year because I didn't know much about mechanical seals at that time. After being recognized as oK, I took over the warehouse as its head. During my years in the warehouse, I really felt that we should be earnest and careful, and there should be a high degree of cooperation between colleagues. Talking about insights and to sum them up in a few key words, we should say: learning, thinking, and cooperation.
Q: It is said that you are very ingenious, or the most ingenious person in the company. How do you think about this?
A: It is exaggeration. You can say that practice makes perfect and hard work yields good results. For example, for the packaging of mechanical seals, we will first understand clearly what its material are, what is special about its structure, so that we can know what should be avoided when packaging accordingly. For another example, if you have a clear understanding of the structure of the mechanical seal, you will naturally be able to assemble it easily. If you do these homework well, you will get twice the result with half the effort when working.
